  1. No change of event, cancellation, or refund of entry fee will be made under any circumstances after the application has been made.<\/li>\n
  2. Each participant may only apply for one event, and may not change events after registration. False declarations of age, gender, record, etc., or participation by anyone other than the applicant (illegal participation) will not be accepted. If an individual or a group is found to have participated illegally, not only will their entry be cancelled, but they may not be allowed to register for future competitions.<\/li>\n

  4. If an athlete registered with the JAAF participates in the second part (half marathon general), the record will not be certified.<\/li>\n
